Bamboo fiber is a regenerated cellulosic fiber obtained from the pulp of bamboo mixture.

First, bamboo stalks are turned into paper pulp and then separated to obtain a substance called cellulose. The cellulose is then turned into yarn and woven into fabric. Caustic soda is used in the process of making bamboo suitable for weaving into fabric. This substance is also used in organic cotton and food production. Caustic soda is certified by Global Organic Textile Standards, is non-permanent, fades after washing and is harmless.

Usage and care recommendations

• Always wash your duvet cover sets before use. They reach their high softness capacity after a few washings.

• Wash in the washing machine at maximum 40C.

• To preserve the colors of your colorful duvet cover sets, use a laundry detergent specific to colored items and protect them from face creams containing benzoyl peroxide. Store away from direct sunlight.

• To keep your white duvet cover sets white, wash them only on a white wash setting and use a laundry detergent specifically for whites that contains brightening agents.

• Avoid using fabric softener. If you do, use a very small amount and do not use it with every wash as it will coat the loops of the product.

• Gentle drying with specially made drying balls in the dryer. Thus, your duvet cover sets gain extra softness. If you do not have a dryer, hang it to dry.
